Shona and Lloyd Rusty.These Rusty's live in Wellington. Shona started attending events with Lloyd and earned her Rusty Badge while he was out riding the 10 Grand Challenges he has completed. Shona sees a lot of Rusty events from Lloyds Goldwing. A master at feeding assembled hordes of bikers, or checking the riders through at checkpoints, generally doing whatever needs doing. And putting up with Lloyd as well. We dont know how she does it.

Shona and Lloyd were married on Stewart Island, while taking part in the Rusty Nuts Rakiura Sunset Rally, the southernmost rally in the world. Lloyd is the Goldwing pilot, previously riding a Honda Bol dor. They also own some classic rides.

Kelly played the lead part of Jerry Austin (Blondini) in the movie. Kelly was good enough to give his time to the Rusty Nuts M/c to wave off the starters. We couldn't supply a yellow mini for Kelly to arrive in - but Fred Rusty's yellow Honda Firestorm filled in quite nicely.
